A Claude skill that audits, plans and repurposes your content with seven specialist lenses, a 90-day calendar and a claims check. Sourced and dated.
Most content doesn't fail because the writing is bad. It fails because nothing sits behind it: no owned audience, no path from reader to buyer, and claims that wouldn't survive a regulator's read. The 100K Content Framework is a skill for Claude plus eleven printable guides. It diagnoses the system, grades the piece in front of you, and tells you what to fix first. Every statistic inside is sourced and dated. The usual myths are gone.
What it does
- Audits your content business across six dimensions and names the one constraint capping everything else.
- Grades any piece through seven specialist lenses (conversion, persuasion, leverage, B2B strategy, community, growth, platform), with every score tied to your actual lines and every fix ranked by impact and effort.
- Plans your quarter: ten content seeds mapped to the buyer journey, laid onto a 90-day calendar you can sustain.
- Turns one strong pillar into standalone pieces for LinkedIn, X, short video, email and carousels, rebuilt natively for each. It aims for 20 or more, and counts only pieces that stand on their own.
- Checks your claims against UK, US and EU rules: income talk, testimonials, "was" prices and countdown timers, rewritten so they stay persuasive and honest. A risk check, not legal advice.
What's inside
- The skill for Claude (V4.0): nine options in one menu
- Eleven printable guides in Art Deco PDF: the master guide, audit, lenses, seeds, research, calendar, repurposing, a worked example, AI-search visibility, the Claims Studio and the evidence base
- The complete handbook: all eleven guides in one volume
- Two editable Word worksheets: Content Audit and Content Calendar
- Built into the skill and printed as Guide 10: a dated evidence base, verified on 29 October 2026
- A licence to use everything you create with it, commercially, including for your own clients
Who it's for: creators, consultants, coaches, founders and small marketing teams who publish every week and want each piece to work harder.
Who it isn't for: anyone after a shortcut, a guaranteed income or a tool that writes and posts on autopilot. It sharpens your judgement; it doesn't replace it.
How it works
1. Add the skill to Claude once. The steps are in Guide 0.
2. Paste any piece, or type "Run the 100K Content Framework".
3. Get a 0 to 100 scorecard (a prioritisation aid, not a forecast), a ranked fix list and a claims check in the same conversation.
Why it's different: much of the content advice sold to creators runs on invented numbers and recycled myths. This one doesn't. No "8-second attention span", no "lizard brain", no dollar figure stapled to every fix. The seven lenses are composite archetypes built from published schools of practice, so you get the thinking without anyone's name borrowed to sell it. And the Claims Studio checks your copy against the rules regulators are enforcing in 2026.
We ran it on this page first. It flagged the dollar sign in our old title (a product name is an advertising claim) and a "one-to-30+" promise we couldn't count. Both are gone.
Requirements: a Claude account with skills available (Claude's help centre lists Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans, checked 29 October 2026) and code execution switched on (one setting; Guide 0 shows where). Works in the Claude apps, Claude Code and the API. The guides work on their own, with or without Claude.
FAQ
- Will this make me money? It's a framework, not a promise. It shows you what to build and how to improve each piece; your results depend on your offer, audience, effort and market, and many people who buy business education earn little or nothing from it. "100K" is the framework's name, not a forecast.
- Are the lenses based on real experts? No. They're composite archetypes: each lens describes a school of practice and the depth of experience behind it. No lens represents, quotes or is endorsed by any individual.
- Do I need a paid Claude plan? No. Claude's help centre lists skills on the Free plan as well as Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise (checked 29 October 2026). Free plans have tighter usage limits, and plans change, so check yours before you buy.
- Can I use it on client work? Yes. Run it on your clients' content and deliver what you create; it's yours. You can't give clients the skill or the guides, resell them or use them to train AI models. For a team, ask about a team licence.
- Is the information current? Every time-sensitive figure is dated in the evidence base, verified on 29 October 2026 and flagged for re-checking.
- What if a file doesn't work? Email [email protected] and we'll fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
